I ordered toner which was overpriced, but nobody else had it in stock. It shipped later than it was supposed to which was annoying. They refused my coupon since it excluded almost everything! I wanted to return this since I had to get my fliers printed locally. To return the product box needs to be perfect. Well they shipped it by slapping a label on the product box so now it has a label and marks so they won't take t back. I guess thats why they ship like that so you can't return. Will never use them again.
Their billing department is really awful. They double bill for items received and continue to send past due statements. I’ve been on hold with this company for 20 minutes attempting to straighten this out. They apparently get a plethora of calls for the accounts receivable department. I can understand since my account has been messed up since March 2020.
Order a product 2 weeks ago. Have called 3 times and haven't received any indication of shipping info. All 3 reps that I talked with couldn't find the shipping info in their system (could find my order, but not shipping detail). All tried to contact the warehouse but couldn't get anyone. All 3 said they would call me back. Still waiting... I would avoid this company. They seem very disorganized without the proper systems in place to manage orders and keep customers happy. This was my first order with the company and I will not be returning after this experience.
STAY AWAY!!! Ordered a $60 case of Purell hand sanitizer back in March when the pandemic began. Didn't hear anything for several weeks so emailed them to cancel the order if it wasn't going to be delivered soon. No response. Fast forward five months later, and I receive—and get billed for—a case of hand sanitizer I no longer want or need. And it's not even Purell! Both emailed and called them to return it, and again no response. What a scam; very unethical.
Avoid. Placed time-sensitive $300 computer monitor order with rep who promised five-day delivery. Seven days later, no monitor. Checked website to find that order's "On Hold" (whatever that means). Sent customer service inquiries via the website over the next two days: no response. Finally got somebody on the phone who said item was out of stock with no known delivery date. Gee, maybe that's something you should tell the customer? Don't make my mistake of depending on WB Mason.
I have been a customer at WB Mason for several years and the service use to be predictable. Now since COVID I have had nothing but problems. They delivered my water and I forgot the water bottles. I called and scheduled the bottles. But no one came. I called 5 times over three weeks and no one came. Finally I got fined by my landlord for cluttering the hallway. The hallway is very small. I finally hired another company and gave them the old bottles. WB Mason sent me an invoice reminder but couldn't get the bottles out of my hallway.
